WHAT IS SYSTEM?
System is a network work from procedures which interaction, gathering together to do an activity or to finish a certain target. Procedure is a sequence of instruction steps explaining what ( what) must be done, who ( who) has doing, when ( when) its done and how ( how) to do it.
besides, System represent corps of elements which have interaction to reach specific-purpose. system can reach a purpose ( Goal) or reach a target ( Objective).
CHARACTERISTIC SYSTEM
- component : Component which interact, work along to form one unity. including to Supra System
- boundary : Limiting system with external environment or external system
- environments : Anything beyond the limit of system that could influence system operation
- interface : Link media between one sub system to the other sub system
WHAT IS INFORMATION ?
Information is processed data become useful form and meaningful to accepted.
QUALITY OF INFORMATION
- Accurate -> information free from mistakes and not deflect or mislead
- Punctually -> incoming information at receiver can’t be late
- Relevantly -> information have benefit for its usage
Difference of Information system and information technology
- information system is Corps people, data, process, and information technology which have interaction for the collecting, processing, storage, and provide information that required to support an organization.
- information technology is term used to depict combination of computer technology (hardware or software) and also telecommunications technology ( data network, citre, and voice)
